Greenwood Hills Neighborhood Association (GHNA) is different from a homeowner association. Membership is voluntary and open to all residents (homeowners and renters) and businesses. GHNA has no legal authority to enact or enforce maintenance or design requirements.
Your membership helps support the common goal of enhancing our neighborhood through civic representation, social activities, and beautification.
GHNA works with the City of Richardson and our residents to improve the quality of our community. Our membership year runs from July 1 through June 30. Annual dues are $25.00 per family. All GHNA members receive a free yard sign to display outside their homes. Please consider joining if you are not a member or renewing if your membership has lapsed.
